Drivers are paid $10.95/hr for orientation and training. Orientation is one-day in-office training, followed by two days of riding with a Davis trainer to acclimate to on-board communications/logging system and required paperwork.
Mileage and Stop Pay
Drivers are paid miles and stops. Miles are paid per miles driven based on current ALK PC Miler Practical Route Miles.

Hourly Pay
Within Company guidelines, hourly pay will be paid for layover detention, customer detention, dispatch detention, local work, LTL dock, warehouse work, hand loading or unloading, breakdowns, Canadian bridge crossing, meetings and authorized company business.

Safe Driving Bonus
A driver must complete 6 months driving without an accident to qualify for the Safe Driving Bonus. Upon completion of the 6 month qualifying, the driver will receive pay at Level 1 for the next 6 months of safe driving, then pay at Level 2 the next 6 months and so on up to Level 4. Bonuses are paid separately each month.
